Functional Responsibility: Provide technical assistance to computer system and application users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from remote location. Provide problem documentation for reporting and be able to provide documentation for customer problem solving and/or training purposes.

Minimum Education: Associate's degree or minimum two years experience in the field without a degree.

Senior Application Support Specialist

Problem solving abilities necessary. Should also have needs analysis abilities, including survey development and interviews.

Senior IT Instructor

Minimum/General Experience: Eight (5) years experience in the IT field; literate in Microsoft and other industry applications.

Functional Responsibility: Apply system analysis techniques to determine and develop training materials and training plans. Ability to review technical, business, and/or user specifications and translate to course material and/or user documentation. Should also have needs analysis abilities, including survey development and interviews.

Web Application Developer

Minimum/General Experience: Two (2) years experience in the development, implementation and maintenance of web-based application systems for customers.

Functional Responsibility: Responsible for the design, development and implementation of web-based applications using a multitude of programming languages. Creates web user interfaces to new or existing databases and applications using a variety of web application platforms. Troubleshoots issues with existing or developed application systems and works to resolve these issues.

Minimum Education: Associate's degree or minimum two years experience in the field without a degree.

Project Manager Automation Engineer

Minimum/General Experience: Ten (10) years experience in complete engineering project development from inception to deployment with the capability in managing multi-task contracts. Also requires experience in the management of Systems Automation.

Functional Responsibility: Responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and insuring that the technical automation solutions and work schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner. Performs enterprise wide horizontal automation integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems. Acts as liaison with Government Contracting Officer (KO), the contract level Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), the task order-level COR, government management personnel and customer agency representatives.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in related scientific or technical discipline.

Security Analyst

Minimum/General Experience: Three (3) years of technical experience which applies to operation and monitoring of computer equipment and operational security issues. Requires competence in all areas of computer equipment maintenance and their peripherals; also requires knowledge of computer troubleshooting.

Functional Responsibility: Provides computer operations support and performs tasks to maintain computer equipment and their peripherals. Guides and supports end-users by phone and in-person in the areas of e-mail, directories, and standard desktop applications. Minimum/General Experience: Five (5) years experience in defining computer security requirements for high-level applications, evaluation of approved security product capabilities and developing solutions to multilevel security problems.

Minimum/General Experience: Seven (7) plus years experience with developing functional requirements for complex integrated ADP systems.
